Less than 20% of people with developmental disabilities are taking part in today’s workforce.

Together we can do better.

This October marks the 75th National Disability Employment Awareness Month.

At Adelante, we celebrate the many employment opportunities that are now available to people with disabilities that didn’t exist 75 years ago. We also know there is still much work to be done to create equal access.

Your gift to Adelante ensures that people with disabilities have choices when it comes to employment and the support they need to be successful.
