Lots of Ways to Work

Working as direct support staff is a rewarding job that can involve supporting someone at work, an a community setting, or in their home. Adelante has an innovative way of hiring wherein candidates actually tryout the position before being hired to see what it’s like. You might be surprised what direct care looks like. Check out this video on Facebook.

You can also work on the administrative teams at Adelante including HR, IT, fundraising, marketing and more.

Basic Requirements

Because we work closely with people who are vulnerable and their care is our primary concern, all of our positions require a background check and drug test. Though experience is appreciated, it is not always required. Adelante provides all of the state-required trainings to our incoming staff members so they can work safely and effectively. Many positions require employees to drive for the agency, and for those positions a good driving record is required. More specifics are listed on the individual job openings. To apply, click on the “apply” button at the bottom of each job listing.
