Adelante Employees and United Way Partner to Help the Community

Adelante strives to be a community resource, collaborating with other organizations to find solutions to the challenges we face as a city and state.  One of our long-standing partners is the United Way of Central New Mexico.

Adelante not only receives United Way Community Fund grants allocated through an annual competitive grant process, but we are also a proud Top 100 United Way Workplace Campaign participant.  Last year, Adelante employees contributed $13,340 to United Way programs, including the Community Fund, and other nonprofit organizations through the workplace giving campaign.

By donating to United Way, Adelante employees are helping our local neighbors gain access to services they need.  When we join together with the hundreds of other local companies that run similar United Way campaigns, we can make a big difference in the areas where we live and work. For example, this year the Community Fund awarded $3.6 million to over 100 programs including Adelante’s Back in Use program, all of which was donated through workplace campaigns.
