Recruitment and retention are challenges today in all caregiving fields. Adelante recognizes that people who have worked for us know what it takes to be successful working with seniors and adults with disabilities, so we are investing in their input and referrals that turn into successful hires. In fact, the quality of applicants is up and the first bonus checks from Adelante’s Employee Referral program have begun rolling out this month.

All current employees are encouraged to refer friends, family, and other capable and caring people to apply for open positions within Adelante. The applicant must list the employee’s name on their application as the person who referred them. When the applicant is hired and completes 90 days of employment, the person who referred them will receive an Employee Referral bonus of $200.00 (minus applicable taxes). Rules apply, of course. They must be a current employee at time of payment. The hired person cannot work in a department supervised by the referring employee. A referral bonus will only be paid once to any employee. (If an employee resigns or is terminated and then is rehired, a second referral bonus will not be paid for that employee.)
