Looking for some fresh, healthy groceries? According to their website, La Montañita Co-Op is the one-stop shop for all things fresh, fair, local, and organic. There are two stores in Albuquerque, one in Santa Fe, and one in Gallup. Additionally you can even shop online and get same-day pickup!

Clark’s Pet Emporium

Clark’s is a great local store overall for pets and pet needs. If you need something for your pet or want to buy a pet, stop by one of their two locations. They have supplies for pretty much any type of pet. Visit them at their Lomas or Menaul location.

Yes! Dion’s has employed several of our employment services clients in recent years. They are not only a New Mexico favorite for pizza, subs, and salads, they are an inclusive and welcoming employer. If you’re not in the mood for leftovers, you can order online. You can also pick up gift cards for the pizza lover in your life!

This is a lovely location for a fancy sit down meal, but if you’re looking for something more casual, you can also sit in their patio lounge. We recommend the hamburger! Savoy also has several sister restaurants in Albuquerque and Taos.

Did you know that we are one of Restoration Pizza’s community partners? Part of the mission of this Bosque Brewing venture is about removing barriers and hiring people with disabilities. They make workplace accessibility a priority, and it shows! Enjoy some great pizza and local craft beer at one of their two locations; one in Albuquerque, and one in Santa Fe.

Have you ever tried a taco burger from Bob’s Burgers? They combine the best of both worlds with this wonderful dish! Plus, if you love spicy red and green chile, Bob’s Burgers has some of the hottest chile around. They also have specials throughout the week, including their famous “Frito Pie Friday.”

Adelante Document Destruction Services

Though Adelante primarily focuses on finding jobs for people with other businesses, we do offer employment as part of our mission, too. Several are open to the public and would benefit from your support. For example, Adelante Document Destruction Services which offers high-security shredding services. If you’re looking to safely dispose of your documents, we offer curbside service for individuals and small businesses Monday through Friday.

Bargain Square Thrift Store

Bargain Square has been voted Valencia County’s favorite thrift store several years in a row! It’s worth a stop if you’re in Belen or Los Lunas. The thrift store is open 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. With thousands of donations processed everyday and hitting the sales floor, you can buy clothing for the whole family, housewares, furniture, art, holiday items, and fun vintage finds at great pricing. They offer lots of discounts like military Monday, buy one/get one for clothing every Wednesday, and most months they will have one 50% sales, too.
