Adelante works hard to change the stories of people across New Mexico. When people with disabilities are struggling to find jobs in the community, we help with resumes and job coaches. Adelante is among the longest standing and most effective supported employment providers in our state.

When seniors are going hungry in Doña Ana County, Adelante provides meals through six senior centers to make sure they get the food they need.

When artists with disabilities want to express themselves through paint or clay, or even musical or theatrical performances, Adelante’s Arts & Animals day program is there to offer the support and training that encourages that freedom of expression.

Adelante has been working across New Mexico for over 40 years, and steadily grown and adapted to meet the needs of the community. Of course, people need wheelchairs, food, jobs, and educational opportunities. Adelante offers all of those and more.

But most importantly, the team at Adelante is here to believe in the goals and dreams of people with disabilities, seniors, and people with disadvantages; and to support people so the stories they are experiencing can change for the better. Together, Adelante team members and clients make a positive impact on over 80,000 people a year across the Land of Enchantment.
